Ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities in Vietnam today

This article analyzes the current state of ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities in Vietnam, examining legal and policy perspectives as well as the challenges and solutions for improvement. It explores the Communist Party of Vietnam's stance on persons with disabilities, the existing policies and laws designed to protect their rights, the current situation regarding the protection of these rights, and proposes solutions to enhance implementation effectiveness. The article highlights the need to improve the legal framework, strengthen community awareness, and increase the effectiveness of government agencies to ensure the legitimate rights of persons with disabilities.
